Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Emirati Administrative Professional
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and official documents.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Support HR and accounting departments with routine administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Qualifications
UAE National with a valid Emirates ID.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
