Role Overview:

As the Administrative Assistant at, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate office. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient functioning of the office, assisting with client communications, managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats. Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, listings, and presentations. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service. Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, and facilitate repairs and maintenance as needed. Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:



Previous administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or similar industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
