Role Overview



We are seeking a

highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Officer

to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.

We are especially looking for

multilingual candidates

who can communicate confidently in Arabic, French, English, Russian, or European languages.


Preference will be given to applicants from

Europe, Russia, Algeria, Morocco, the UK, and multilingual backgrounds

to support our diverse international clientele.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, filing systems, and office coordination. Assist with property documentation, client records, tenancy contracts, and RERA-related requirements. Handle phone calls, emails, inquiries, and internal communications professionally and efficiently. Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and internal scheduling. Support HR and management with reports, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks. Prepare presentations, client forms, and property-related documents when required. Coordinate with agents, management, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients, partners, and guests. Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements



Minimum 3+ years of experience

as an Administrative Officer or in a similar office role.

Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Multilingual candidates preferred:

Arabic, French, English, Russian, European languages, etc. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and digital platforms. Excellent time-management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and multitask efficiently. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
