is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Administrative Officer
to support our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain property listings, databases, and CRM systems.
Prepare and manage documents including Form A, B, F, I, U, sales agreements, and MOUs.
Assist with Trakheesi applications and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
Communicate with clients, agents, and suppliers via phone and email.
Collect property details and market insights to support the team.
Keep office records organized and track progress of transactions.
Support basic marketing tasks such as updating listings and posting on social media.
Book inspections, appraisals, and other appointments.
Ensure all documentation meets legal and company standards.
Provide general administrative support including form submissions and follow-ups.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of admin experience in the Dubai real estate sector.
Familiar with real estate forms (Form A, B, F, I, U) and related documents.
Strong knowledge of Trakheesi, RERA rules, and Dubai property regulations.
Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills--professional and courteous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
