Australian-owned, Dubai-based, rapidly growing e-commerce furniture company. We are seeking an

Administrative Officer

with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. The role also involves preparing quotations, coordinating with various departments, and managing office administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to problem-solve, multitask, and ensure smooth operations.

Role Overview



We seek a highly motivated individual with outstanding communication skills to manage customer interactions across phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will also prepare professional quotations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and support overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support across phone, email, and WhatsApp Provide clear and accurate information about our products, services, and policies Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary Prepare and manage professional quotations with attention to detail Coordinate effectively with warehouse, sales, and other internal departments Maintain and update customer records and ensure timely follow-ups Support general office tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

What We're Looking For



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Experience working across teams and managing internal communication effectively

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Familiarity with office systems and administrative procedures 1-3 years of experience in customer support and office coordination
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
