Job Information

  • Find, collect signatures, and scan documents.
  • Triage and organize documents efficiently.
  • Maintain records and register document entries and exits.
  • Intermediate contact for internal and external communications.
  • Control shipping of packages and manage receipts.
  • Communicate visitor entry authorizations.
  • Write meeting minutes and correspondence.
  • Type texts and spreadsheets as needed.
  • File and organize documents systematically.
  • Provide administrative support to the training area.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and meetings.
  • Distribute office materials and forward internal protocols.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Availability from 7 am to 1 pm.
  • Professional qualification courses (desirable).
