Serve as the main point of contact for administrative support within the organization
Respond to queries from team members and external parties in a timely manner
Provide general support to the HR department as required
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as required
Process and monitor office expenses and invoices
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
