We are hiring an Administrative Officer for the play area in Mirdiff. Daily Tasks:
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
Carrying out duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments, and meetings.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Help maintain the budget plan
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Preferred English and Arabic speakers. Preferred Gender: Female Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
