We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative regulations.
Support HR and Finance departments with documentation and record-keeping.
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff members.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Discretion with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office management software or ERP systems.
Familiarity with basic HR or finance functions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
