Job Description

1. Operating Telecommunication system 2. Handle office Interactions with outside visitors 3. Orienting new employees 4. Handling petty cash 5. Ordering and storing of pantry stocks 6. Maintaining a contact database of office suppliers and vendors 7. Operate and maintain office electronics, including copiers, computers and printers 8. Documenting and maintaining all relevant company documents and project files 9. Scheduling office utility bills payment 10. Ordering stationery and furniture 11. Safekeeping of office keys and company assets 12. Provide administrative support to the organization 13. Arrange for travel and accommodation as per required Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
