Manage office administration functions and supervise admin staff.
Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and contracts related to office and administrative operations.
Oversee vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance coordination.
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications.
Monitor budget and expenses related to administration.
Coordinate visa processing and other PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities.
Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations related to administration.
Requirements:
Must be a UAE National with the Family book.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office software systems.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
