Our sister concern, a real estate company, is looking for a detail-oriented
Administrative Executive (Female Preferred)
to manage administrative tasks, documentation, and client-related activities. The role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office documentation, files, and records
Edit, prepare, and format documents as required
Handle client communications, including calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Accompany clients for visits and coordinate meetings
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting
Ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, and management
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or office management preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and courteously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility with work hours when required
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office tools
