Role Overview:
The Customer Service & Administration Officer will be one of the first point of contact at
theSandwash, based at the reception area, and will play a key role in managing day-to-day
client communications and administrative processes. The role involves supporting long-term tenants leasing units, clients booking short-term event and activation spaces, and liaising with internal teams, including but not limited to, the Facilities Management (FM) company, as well as other external vendors to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer and visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Client Coordination
Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and prospective clients at
theSandwash.
Manage inbound inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, email, and digital channels
related to:o Leasing of unitso Short-term event and activation space rentalso General project and facility-related queries
Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to all client inquiries and requests.
Support the full client engagement cycle, from initial inquiry through booking,
documentation, and post-occupancy follow-up.Leasing & Documentation Supportagreements, and related correspondence.contracts, invoices, and approvals are processed accurately and on time.physical) in an organised and compliant manner.Facilities & Vendor Liaison(FM) company for operational requests, maintenance issues, and service coordination.utilities, signage, cleaning, event support).communication with tenants and management.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare, issue, and track lease-related documentation, booking forms, reservation
Coordinate with internal teams (Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Operations) to ensure
Maintain and update client records, contracts, and filing systems (both digital and

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience in customer service, property administration, hospitality, or
mixed-use developments preferred.
Comfortable working in a client-facing role.
Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative systems

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
