Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and medical teams.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between departments.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Assist with procurement requests, HR coordination, and logistics support.
Support the onboarding process for staff and consultants.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably in healthcare or hospital settings).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Flexible and adaptable in a multicultural environment.
