We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to take on the following responsibilities: Female Only
? Administrate the company website as well as other CRM accounts such as: Property finder, Bayut.com (brokerpad), dubizzle, booking.com, DTCM, Nakheel, Damac Living Portal and ecmpermit.
? Establish efficient workflow processes and monitor the daily productivity of the operation team.
? Manages the in-house contractor's and/or third-party contractor's schedules. Handles urgent requests and has good time management skills.
? Coordinate with the clients and agents concerning property inquiry and/or Maintenance related concerns.
? Processes Trade License Registration, Employment Visa Registration & cancellation through DMCC portal. - Has general knowledge about DMCC portal.
? Highly knowledgeable about Dubai Land Department (RERA) and Dubai Municipality.
? Can handle Insurance and Salary WPS registration, car licensing (RTA related concerns), etc.
? Provide and processes clearance for out-going tenants.
? Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

? Knowledgeable in conducting psychological assessments and tests
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Good knowledge of property and real estate industry
? Extensive hands-on experience in all Microsoft Applications
? Great sense of responsibility
? Highly motivated and goal - oriented
? Can work under pressure with minimal supervision

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
