Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Basic knowledge of banking operations and office administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the banking team
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized manner
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Support day-to-day banking operations and client interactions
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the banking sector
Good understanding of office administration and banking processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
