Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist the ELV Maintenance team in GRA systems to ensure proper tracking of maintenance activity
Support HR/Accounts with administrative task, time keeping, payroll documentation, expense reports and monitoring
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement:
High School Diploma
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
