Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration:



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, packages) Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors/service providers

Calendar & Schedule Management:



Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required Manage conference room bookings and setup

Document Preparation & Management:



Create, format, and edit documents (letters, reports, presentations) Maintain both digital and physical filing systems Assist with data entry and database management

Communication Support:



Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and external partners Draft and proofread business communications Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Additional Duties:



Assist with event planning and coordination Support HR with onboarding new employees Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:



High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:



2-3 years of administrative or office support experience Experience in the Education Industry is a plus

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) Basic understanding of database systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
