Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will play a key role in managing company profiles, invoicing, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Profile Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Professionally manage and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send the company profile and other marketing materials to potential and existing customers as requested.
  • Invoicing and Documentation:
  • Generate and process accurate invoices for customers.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records of all invoices and related documents.
  • Assist in tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts as needed.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments for the team.
  • Help maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel).
  • Experience with invoicing software is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A customer-friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
