Administrative tasks cover a very broad range of efforts in maintaining and organizing a business office--be it digital or physical. These tasks include

phone, email, internal communications, preparing quotation's, reports & civil defence uploading for AMC, maintaining office equipment and office supplies and some human resources functions

Answering phone calls. Redirecting phone calls. Taking messages. Taking notes at meetings. Diary management. Job order Preparing. Quotations Preparing. civil defence uploading.
