We are seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to join our client`s luxury hotel team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s executive team and ensure the smooth operation of the administrative functions of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, guests, and vendors, always maintaining a professional and friendly.
Manage the executives\xe2\x80\x99 calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including drafting emails, creating reports, and conducting research.
Manage correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail, responding to emails, and answering phone calls.
Handle travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Maintain and update records and files as required, always ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Oversee the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s general administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining the reception area.
Coordinate with other departments and personnel as necessary to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and staff.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Familiarity with office equipment and tools such as copiers, fax machines, and printers.
Fluent in English, and Arabic with excellent writing and grammar skills, any additional language is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
