Job Description
Saudi Nationals Only The QHSE Administrator will provide Admin support to QHSE department as required.
Provides an all-encompassing administration service to colleagues, employees, and managers in the following areas:
Provides an all-encompassing administration service to colleagues, employees, and managers in the following areas:
- Provide administrative support for compliance audits within contract sites, to measure occupational health and safety, food safety, environmental and quality performance against standards and identify corrective actions to improve compliance levels.
- Providing support to HSEQ function, advice, and information to the Company.
- Maintain and input data to the near-miss and accident databases.
- Maintaining & coordinating HSEQ-related documents between offices and offshore sites.
- Assist in delivering training and induction programmes as directed.
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts as directed.
- Perform any other duties as directed which is deemed within the competency to ensure the smooth running of the HSE function.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all industry and Company standards.
