Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents, reports, memos, and correspondence. Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure efficient document management. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required. Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
