We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to help us grow. If you are dedicated, ambitious and qualified with the requirements below, we encourage you to apply immediately.
  • Previous experience as Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills (Power Point)
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner
  • Organizing and coordinating skills
Responsibilities
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Desktop research
  • Book travel arrangements (flights and hotel accommodations)
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Job Type: Full-time Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (Preferred)
