Previous experience as Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills (Power Point)
Professional appearance and courteous manner
Organizing and coordinating skills
Responsibilities
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Desktop research
Book travel arrangements (flights and hotel accommodations)
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Maintain contact lists
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
