Job Description
You+ Baby Studio is a Dubai-based photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, baby, and family shoots. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Specialist with experience in procurement. You will be responsible for a range of administrative, procurement, and coordination duties to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
Ordering and tracking props, stationery, and other supplies Vendor sourcing and communication Searching and coordinating bookings for transport and accommodation Preparing and managing internal documentation Providing general administrative support to the team Uploading, organizing and managing customer data (e.g., CD cards)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role Strong problem-solving and communication skills Quick learner with a proactive mindset Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Fluent in English (Arabic is advantage)
