Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Abu Dhabi at Trace Hospitality. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance for the Finance Department
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
Basic Accounting and Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
