Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.
Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
