reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant
with a good understanding of
marketing and communications
to support our daily operations and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage daily office administration and coordination
Handle emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
Prepare documents, reports, and internal trackers
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist with basic marketing activities (social media coordination, content scheduling, updates)
Support website updates and marketing materials when needed
Coordinate with designers, printers, and digital partners
Help prepare simple presentations, captions, and announcements
Requirements
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
