Prepare, process, and maintain tenancy contracts, renewals, amendments, and related notices
Register and renew Ejari contracts in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
Coordinate with tenants regarding move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and required documentation
Monitor and track rental payments, security deposits, and post-dated cheques
Handle tenant inquiries and follow-ups, resolve routine issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants, contracts, and property documentation
Coordinate with property owners, leasing agents, and building management teams
Support move-out procedures, including NOCs, clearance processes, and handover documentation
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Prepare reports, trackers, and official correspondence as required
Create and manage property listings on Property Finder and Bayut
Prepare Form I, Form A, Form B, Form F, and MOUs as required
Perform general administrative duties to support the property management and leasing teams
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Preferably with at least one year of administrative experience in property management or real estate in Dubai
Sound knowledge of Ejari, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
Customer-service-oriented with strong attention to detail
Can speak Tagalog
Preferred Skills
Experience using property management systems
Familiarity with community or developer portals
Basic understanding of leasing laws and regulations in Dubai
