We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to support our daily operations, manage property listings, handle broker enquiries, and oversee key accounting tasks. This hybrid position requires someone who can work independently, respond quickly, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Broker & Listing Management
Create and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals.
Write clear and appealing property descriptions and upload high-quality images.
Handle broker calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; manage enquiries from start to finish.
Track follow-ups, update Zoho CRM, and ensure lead information is accurate.
Monitor listing performance and prepare weekly activity reports.
Accounting
Handle invoicing, billing, VAT filings, and payment follow-ups.
Process agent commissions and verify real estate transaction documents (SPA, Oqood, DLD fees, etc)
Track developer payments and ensure accurate financial records.
Operational & Administrative Support
Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.
Apply for move-in/move-out permits, access cards, and DET permits.
Handle DEWA, Empower, DU, gas, and chiller applications, renewals, and billing logs.
Support basic HR tasks: attendance monitoring, onboarding documents, and internal communication.
Prepare letters, memos, and assist with office coordination when needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years experience in UAE real estate (admin or operations).
Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA forms, and developer portals.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail.
Able to work independently, handle deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
