Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and admin documentation.
Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Support visa processing, renewals, and compliance with labor regulations.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll data preparation.
Ensure all legal/government documents and mandatory certifications are tracked and up-to-date pertaining to Trade License, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality etc.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company documents including trade license, tenancy contracts, vehicle registrations, and insurance policies.
Maintain up-to-date logs and reminders for all expiring contracts, permits, and documents.
Handle Salik, fines, and other RTA-related documentation and online systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho book) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
