We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will handle office coordination, documentation, communication, and provide essential support to management, agents, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
2. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents such as Form A, Form B, tenancy agreements, listing forms, contracts, and NDAs.
Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and compliant with RERA and company policies.
Coordinate with DLD, Trakheesi, and other authorities when required.
3. Agent & Management Support
Assist agents with listing uploads, marketing material coordination, scheduling, and CRM updates.
Maintain agent files, commission tracking sheets, and internal records.
Support management with reports, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks.
4.Client Coordination
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, landlords, and partners.
Schedule viewings, meetings, and follow-ups as required.
Coordinate with developers for project updates, commission forms, and documentation.
5.Finance & Operations Support
Assist in preparing invoices, commission statements, receipts, and basic accounting entries.
Coordinate with finance for payments, reimbursements, and petty cash handling.
6.Marketing & CRM
Assist with social media coordination, basic content posting, and property marketing.
Update and manage CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and compliant.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience (Real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication skills--written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with RERA forms, Trakheesi, and real estate documentation (advantage).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
