Key Responsibilities
Office Support
Assist with day-to-day office operations
Handle basic correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Help maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Data Entry
Enter and update information in company systems with accuracy
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Purchasing Assistance
Support the team with preparing purchase orders
Help track orders and follow up with suppliers
Invoice & Accounting Support
Assist with preparing and organizing invoices
Help the accounts team with basic accounting tasks such as filing, sorting, or data entry
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required
Basic understanding of accounting concepts is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
