1. Accompany and assist the client and the real estate inspection team in the house viewing activities to ensure that the entire viewing process is smooth and the experience is good, and collect customer feedback.
2. Assist in arranging transportation, accommodation and related reception affairs, and provide services.
3. Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, quotations and customer proposals.
4. Follow up on the progress of potential customers and assist in arranging phone calls, meetings and communication with customers.
5. Assist the team in document management, Facility Management, contract filing and daily office administrative work.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business, marketing, real estate, administrative management or a related field.
2. Fluent in Chinese and English, with good communication and coordination skills.
3. Work meticulously, with a sense of responsibility and a strong sense of service, able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiar with working software and CRM system experience is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
