Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and other property-related documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
Prepare memos, letters and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies
Coordinate with maintenance teams and follow up on tenant service requests
Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and professional.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain professional communication standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
