Record service details and update job progress.
Coordinate with technicians for timely delivery.
Prepare simple reports for management.
Maintain contact lists and assist in basic customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
Good communication and computer skills.
English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam preferred.
Familiarity with automotive services is an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred but not required.
