Customer Service & Communication
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing accurate information about tours, itineraries, and packages.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Greet visitors and represent the company with a positive and professional demeanor.
Sales & Promotion
Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, or online platforms to introduce company products and services.
Develop relationships with corporate clients to understand their team-building needs and offer tailored solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture long-term client relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Operations & Logistics
Plan, organize, and coordinate tour logistics and end-to-end travel arrangements.
Research and book travel, accommodation, and necessary equipment for tours.
Maintain and update client databases, records, and booking information.
Manage office supplies and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Administrative Support
Manage and organize the Owner's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain an efficient filing system (both paper and digital).
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-Solving
Address and resolve issues that may arise during tour planning or execution.
Stay calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented during high-pressure or crisis situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
A proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
