Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations. Maintain filing systems and office supplies. Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent (diploma/degree preferred). Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. * Previous administrative experience preferred.
