This role requires experience with computers, handling phone calls, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.
Use CRM software to update, track, and manage client information.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings.
Assist with basic data entry and research.
Support other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using a computer and common office software (MS Office, G Suite, etc.).
Experience using CRM systems (example: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Prior working experience in real estate or an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
