Operations & Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as an Operations & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office logistics, responding to inquiries, and supporting the leadership team in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Manage office cleanliness, maintenance, and supply inventory (ordering, stocking, coordinating cleaners)
Maintain and organize internal records and filing systems
Coordinate courier services and deliveries
Support HR with scheduling interviews and onboarding documents
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and petty cash tracking
Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers
Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and documentation
Handle ad hoc tasks and administrative requests from management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business Administration or similar field)
1-3 years of experience in administration or operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Positive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
