Key Responsibilities:
Handle routine office operations and administrative tasks
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital and physical)
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entries
Support HR, accounts, or operations team as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems
Basic understanding of HR or accounting procedures (a plus)
Fluency in [English + any other language, e.g., Arabic/Hindi]
