We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Officer to support our daily office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, managing internal communications, and assisting various departments with documentation and coordination. Your role is essential in maintaining an efficient, structured, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Manage internal and external correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support HR and finance departments with document processing and coordination.
Maintain office supplies and handle procurement needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Ensure that all documents and procedures comply with internal policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential.
Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
