Key Responsibilities:
Post and update property listings on
Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
Prepare and manage real estate documents including
contracts A, B, F, and I
Coordinate with agents to ensure accurate property information and documentation
Organize appointments, viewings, and client meetings
Answer calls, emails, and assist with client inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain up-to-date records of listings, leads, and client communications
Assist in preparing marketing materials and supporting social media promotions
Track and manage deadlines related to listings, contracts, and transactions
Ensure all documents are in compliance with
RERA
and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of administrative experience in the real estate industry
Experience using
Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
platforms
Knowledge of UAE real estate contract types (A, B, F, I)
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
