Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
Working Hours: 6 days per week
Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management.

Experience in cashiering, inventory management, or basic HR tasks is an advantage.
Responsibilities: Daily Administrative Duties: Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for the Managing Director. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation. Prepare reports, letters, memos, and official documents. Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (physical and digital) Executive Support: Support the Managing Director with administrative tasks, coordination, and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required. Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders. Cashier Responsibilities: Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately. Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all cashier activities.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office and store inventory levels. Track stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock replenishment. Basic HR
Responsibilities: Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and attendance records. Assist with hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation. Maintain employee records and HR files. Support onboarding of new employees and coordination with management. Office Coordination: Assist in overall office coordination and internal communication. Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and well-maintained. Support other departments as required to ensure operational efficiency.
P.S.: This position requires a high level of flexibility.
The Administrative Assistant must be willing to work flexible schedules as needed, including during weekends, public holidays, and peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and special events. Availability to adjust working hours and travel when required is essential to support business operations.
