The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting management and team members in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and office communication
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
Handle data entry, record-keeping, and document control
Assist with office supplies procurement and inventory management
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
Receive visitors and ensure a professional front-office presence
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks (timesheets, invoices, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
