Administrative Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities (Brief)
Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Assist the CEO with daily tasks, correspondence, and meeting coordination
Prepare and organize documents, reports, quotations, and tender submissions
Maintain filing systems and confidential records
Support procurement and follow-ups with suppliers/clients
Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
Provide customer service and internal team support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
