Property Oryx is a fast-growing digital real estate platform in Qatar, providing a user-friendly experience for buying and renting property - similar to Rightmove, Zoopla, Zillow, and Property Finder. We work closely with real estate agents across Qatar.
Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. You will be based in our Doha office and play a key role in handling enquiries, coordinating with agents and clients, and keeping our CRM system organized and up to date.
This is a general administrative support role, ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with scheduling, reminders, and internal follow-ups
- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
- Communicate professionally in both English and Arabic with clients and real estate agents
- Log meeting summaries and basic notes in the CRM
