Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Administrative Officer

to support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and assist in basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

and possess a working knowledge of

basic bookkeeping or financial procedures

.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and coordinate logistics for internal/external events. Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed. Handle employee document filing, ID processing, and general HR coordination. Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.

Accounting & Finance Support



Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash statements. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support the finance department in data entry, reconciliation, and month-end reports. Track payments, follow up on pending bills, and prepare basic financial summaries.

MS Office Expertise



Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory, attendance, or reports. Draft and format documents in MS Word (e.g., letters, memos, proposals). Use Outlook for communication and scheduling. Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed for meetings or reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

is a must. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred:



UAE experience and knowledge of local administrative systems. Arabic language is a plus. Familiarity with filing VAT documents or preparing financial summaries (for small businesses).

Administrative Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, document handling, and correspondence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
