Schedule and coordinate meetings, internal audits, and compliance reviews for the chemical unit team.
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required by department supervisors and management.
Liaise with procurement, inventory, and lab staff to track material requisitions and supply status.
Manage calendars, handle travel arrangements, and monitor incoming communication for timely responses.
Support document control processes to ensure updated MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and technical documentation are accessible.
Job Profile
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
