We are looking for a young and energetic Female with Administrative and Tele-Sales background/experience - Excellent oral and written communication skills and can communicate well and competitively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to grow. Excellent in the knowledge of MS Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party of confidential information. Organizational skills, Flexibility and adaptability- Multitasking abilities. The ability to be proactive and take the initiative Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager director, CEO and Business Development Manager. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation Organizing meetings and social events, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-taking Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines Typing, compiling and filing related personal documents with direct supervision from a manager, and correspondence Overseeing databases and filing systems, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems Support staff needs Collating and filing personal expenses Answer phone calls & dealing with client enquiries Managing diaries, booking appointments and scheduling meetings for the team Sending / Receiving correspondence from clients / team Extensive and efficient email correspondence Back office & administration support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic will be an advantage. Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge. Readiness to be contacted out of office hours Covering reception Handling confidential matters with discretion Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Experience of at least 3 years in Event Management & Shopping Mall Operations Experience working with Shopping Malls is an advantage Candidate must be flexible and suitable to work in shifts. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and must have excellent communication skills.
